The Local Health Economy have developed resources aimed at helping people to understand how to keep hydrated by drinking enough, and eating foods that contain a large proportion of water.
The resources developed by a group with representation from each Trust within the Local Health Economy include:

From September 2016 Ludlow Assembly Rooms have been offering dementia friendly film screenings. Extending the welcome to all members of the public, they aim to create a warm,
enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere for those with dementia, their carers and family.
This includes; low lighting, slightly reduced sound levels, people free to move around and come and go as they please, refreshments and a 20 minute interval. Carers go FREE.
